NIJVC
During the second last week of term I took my volleyball team to the North Island Junior Volleyball Championships. This was an incredible experience for the girls and me; them having the opportunity to play against other kids from all over the North Island, and me being involved as a coach in such a well organised, competitive, week long sports event for school children. There were over 100 teams competing and the standard was impressive. - Some of these girls (only S2 and S3) could easily survive in Div 2 (or even 1!) back home.
