Our summer road trip was slightly dictated by the fact Iain was already in the south island at the start of January, working at the National 7s competition in Queenstown. Its a two day festival of rugby and, as you can see from Iain's match-day shot, held in an amazing location. Each of the provinces send a 7s squad down every year and its the pinnacle of the provincial 7s game. The 'Naki boys were aiming for big things this year but sadly fell short against Auckland in the Quarters. And Iain ended up with sun-stroke.
