On the last Thursday afternoon of every month, the teachers celebrate the kids' birthdays at William's school. All kids born on that month get to bring a cake in, their classmates all sing "Bon Anniversaire" and the cakes are all divied up. Simple. Well it was, until William had his incident with the walnut last week. Now Nathalie is saying we will need to supply a single cake for William every month because they just don't know what's in the cakes that the other kids are bringing in. Aaargh. Not wanting him to feel like he's missing out, I decided the best thing for it was to make really good cupcakes for him to take in. Here we are in full flow, with him looking as proud as punch with his final product.
