The Start of Christmas '21

We've ticked over to December and suddenly we're into Christmas mode. I've been busily getting on with my usual to-do list including french lessons and doing homework, but with us leaving for Scotland on the 16th, we decided to get our tree earlier this year to make the most of it before we leave. The Christmas cards all got posted on the 2nd and we had a celebratory vin chaud at the Christmas Market to mark my achievement, then we got our tree after school on the 3rd. It's go, go, go! Having packed the decorations up whilst in utter agony in January, just opening up the boxes again reminded me of how much I've come in the past year. Cheers to that.

Not much more to report from the week except that the weather wasn't great on Saturday (winter seems to have arrived!) so I took William to Acrojungle for the first time in months. As ever, he had an absolute ball. As you can tell from his sweaty heid!
Lots going on next week. Big deep breath and jump in!
Lorna.
