For the past four months we've been searching for some more permanent dwellings in Devonport. It's been a bit of a tough shift but finally Tania and I went to view a place which we thought would be just the ticket. It was all a bit rushed, but knowing how competitive the rental market was, we went for it and after an interview (yes, a full on interview!) we were given the tenancy. With Iain and Ash off on a Super Rugby Jolly in South Africa (hopefully a blog post by the elusive Big Man himself to follow) Tania and I were left to do the flitting on our own. We bit the bullet and paid some big brown Tongan men to help us out, but we were still going for about 13hours. What a day! I was a bit too busy to take many shots of the flitting but I got some to give you an idea...
So it's Goodbye Garden Terrace! Photos of the new place to follow shortly...
