As I don't have a paid job, holiday time for me now revolves around when Iain is off. To coincide with the start of the Six Nations, he had a week off at the end of January/start of February. We toyed with a few travel options but ended up just having a few days getting our ducks in a row at home and a couple of days getting out and about. As I've mentioned previously, eating out, sans gluten, is much more problematic here in France compared to our experiences in NZ and the UK but we've found a burger place down on the Boulevard that does a burger sans gluten so it has become a good go-to restaurant for us. Once the rain had finally cleared, we managed to head out for some dinner and I was absolutely astounded to see a gf desert on their specials board too. This place just gets better and better!
I'm not really much of a pudding person, but I couldn't resist, and I'm glad I didn't. It was absolutely delicious!
LM.
