Food Glorious Food

Since returning from our holidays, I've had a burst of renewed vigour in the kitchen. I think it has been a combination of getting inspiration from eating out so much and now that we're properly into the summer I've been experimenting with different salads and other summery foods. Obviously, the bbq has also been in full swing. Here's a wee flavour of what we've been enjoying:

Spaghetti with prawns, cherry tomatoes, garlic and rocket:
 Cider in the sun!:
 Mussels with tomato and garlic sauce:
 Beetroot, feta and walnut salad:
 Slow cooked ribs, finished on the BBQ, with homemade potato salad:
 Mussels with thai red curry sauce:
 Tablet:
 Fairy cakes (with my sous-chef)
Who says gluten free food is boring?
