Iain's Birthday
41 already! It hardly feels like any time has passed since everyone was here from Scotland for Iain's 40th and here we are celebrating another year on it. We had already planned to have a bit of a dinner here on the Sunday but celebrations were quite subdued after another heavy loss against Toulouse on the Saturday afternoon. Things are tense at the club.
Anyway, Fish had sourced a good old leg of NZ lamb and I roasted it along with your usual trimmings. Lee and Conrad came round too. Bit of an audience: making lamb for Kiwis!
I even baked a cake for the birthday boy. Everyone was fed and watered appropriately as we raised a glass to the big man. Happy birthday!
