It's been a good first week of the holidays. The weather has been great so William and I have been out and about quite a bit and, with my new insoles, the three of us even managed a 30min run around Lac Laroin on Wednesday. We've spent heaps of time outdoors with walks, playdates at the park, and we met Lee and the kids on Tuesday to do some pumpkin picking for Hallowe'en. However, with a wee turn of the weather, we took a trip to Ikea where I finally got a cheese plant, clothes covers for our wardrobe and a load of decorative things for Christmas. (Always like to get prepared early!). My new Whoop band has arrived so I'm now better able to track my training. Looking forward to seeing how it goes. My back is still giving me a bit of gip so hopefully I'll get back to full health soon and really take advantage of it. And finally, Strictly is back so we're fully enjoying our Saturday nights in again!
