After the madness of Scotland, it was lovely to get back home to France and find our rhythm again. This included babychinos at Beanz, hosting playgroup (at the last minute!), making good food, snuggling on the couch, getting the fire on, lots of colouring in and family walks in the park.
When Iain was in Brisbane, he called to ask if I would like any presents brought back. He probably wished he hadn't asked as my request wasn't typical. I wanted a Queen sized duvet! Let me explain. When we left NZ, I brought three sets of bedding (out of the five we had) but for some stupid reason, I didn't bring a duvet so with the sizes being different over here in France, it meant all of these sets were effectively obsolete and we had to buy new ones. I actually looked at trying to get one sent over but the cost was prohibitive. Not so when your husband is travelling back business class and has an extra baggage allowance. Time to get out all the bedding - so many options to choose from now!
LM. :)
