Busy times in the West

I headed back to Glasgow late on Monday morning. By the time I'd arrived, my auntie Rosemary and big cousin, Lorraine, had arrived. This boy is completely spoiled! So. Much. Knitting. from Rosie. She is an absolute legend with the needles and, as such, William has the best of homemade cardis and jumpers that you could possibly imagine.

On Tuesday morning, we headed up to Bearsden for a fleeting visit to the Oman-Brown household. We had a wonderful GF lunch (Steph is Coeliac too!) and the kids all went nuts together. So good catching up with our old mates. William was gubbed with all the madness and crashed out in the car on the way home.

We nipped back to Jinty's for an afternoon kip, then, after his nap, it was up E.K. for dinner and a sleepover with the McCaigs. So good catching up with these guys too, and nice not having to dash away. While I was there, Iain facetimed from France as he'd finally arrived home. So funny him face timing us when I'm in Scotland. William had a ball, playing with Harris and Archie. Again, 2nd generation besties.

We hung out at CHQ for a few hours on Wednesday and headed back to Garrowhill in the afternoon. Finally, on Wednesday evening we went over to Alan's for dinner and William loved hanging out with his daft uncle.  What a boy.

 What a week! Phew!
LM. :)
