After running ourselves ragged round the Geothermal Park, Mum and I planned to head to the Polynesian Spa for some much needed rest and relaxation. However, after a muckle dinner at the Fat Dog (Cat and Divsy, I'm sure you'll remember that place?) Mum and I got into some really cool chat about our family tree so we managed to draw up a huge history of the Burnses and McAvoys over a huge pot of tea.
**Note** - I think that we may be related to James McAvoy...watch this space...
Anyway, there was no chance we were going to Rotorua without indulging in some of the thermal waters so the following morning we trotted round to the Spa to soak in the pools. As you'll be able to tell from the shots below, It was brilliant...
