JWTONZ Part 9 - Queenstown to Glenorchy

Our first evening in Queenstown was spent in a really cool Mac's Bar down by the quayside where we ate to our heart's content and drank red wine by the bottle rather than the glass. Even better, two guys pitched up to play a live set and even indulged Jinty's request of the The Fields of Athenry! We got up the following morning and decided to take a drive along Lake Wakatipu towards Glenorchy for lunch. It was a glorious morning and a beautiful drive as you can see from the shots...

Did you make it to paradise? We headed up a dodgy road in Barry (the rental car) at Glenorchy but 1 final ford was far too deep so Divsy only got me 3/4 of the way to Paradise!
