Notes from the Road (17) - Back to Scotland

After around ten days knocking about Pau doing a little house hunting, and meeting new people, we headed back to Scotland in the middle of May. The team had finished for the season so all the management were shooting off on holiday before pre-season started in July. After almost two months on the road already, we sort of felt a bit cheeky, but what can you do when you have nowhere to live, and Iain didn't need to go into work?! So, this time, we AirFrance-ed it back to Glasgow via CDG. I have a feeling that we're going to get to know these routes very well over
the next couple of years!

Bonjour, Paris.

We arrived into Glasgow early morning, we all had a much needed afternoon nap and I headed out to meet up with two of my besties from high school, Gail McCrink and Susie McCabe. What started out as a couple of beers and a feed, ended up with us in a club till chucking out time as we desperately tried to shoe horn 20 years of catch ups into one evening. It was absolutely brilliant seeing them, and hopefully it won't be another 20 years till we're all together again.
Nonsense.
